Admission
The next open house for interested families will be September 30th 2011 at 6pm. If you want to attend please send an RSVP email to nationhouseprograms@gmail.com stating the number of adults and children attending. Please include the ages of the children you are interested in enrolling.
Phase 1
- Submission of New Student Interest Form with $15.00 Application Fee

- Interview with Program Director
- Application for Enrollment, Parts I through IV
- Current Student Health form
- Parent Commitment Contract
- All applicable fees
- 1/10 tuition amount (1st month’s tuition)
- Former School records including any standardized test results, psychological evaluations, etc.
Phase II: (At orientation)
- Complete Registration Packet
- Pay early NH registration fees
- Pay AYO registration fee, $25
- Pay first tuition amount, including AYO
