Enrollment process

Phase I:

  • Submission of New Student Interest Form with $15.00 Application Fee
  • Interview with Program Director
  • Application for Enrollment, Parts I through IV
  • Current Student Health form
  • Parent Commitment Contract
  • All applicable fees
  • 1/10 tuition amount (1st month’s tuition)
  • Former School records including any standardized test results, psychological evaluations, etc.

Phase II: (At orientation)

  • Submit completed SMART enrollment form
  • Submit completed tuition contract
  • Pay early NH registration fees
  • Pay AYO registration fee, $25
  • Pay first tuition amount, including AYO
