Enrollment process
Phase I:
- Submission of New Student Interest Form with $15.00 Application Fee

- Interview with Program Director
- Application for Enrollment, Parts I through IV
- Current Student Health form
- Parent Commitment Contract
- All applicable fees
- 1/10 tuition amount (1st month’s tuition)
- Former School records including any standardized test results, psychological evaluations, etc.
Phase II: (At orientation)
- Submit completed SMART enrollment form
- Submit completed tuition contract
- Pay early NH registration fees
- Pay AYO registration fee, $25
- Pay first tuition amount, including AYO
